School of New Technologies Law 2022/2023 – General information

The second pillar of the Centre is the School of New Technologies Law. We are currently accepting applications for the 4th edition of the IT&TMT School that will start in January 2023 in Warsaw. The school is open to all persons who wish to learn about the new technologies industry from the technological and legal perspective.  The goal is to meet the challenges posed by innovative economy and provide entities from this industry with professional legal assistance.

Graduation from law studies or specific level of knowledge is not a requirement, which acts in favour of the school when compared to post-graduate studies. The school is thus open to law students, graduates, trainees, as well as lawyers who completed their legal training and wish to expand their knowledge in the IT&TMT area. The main limitation refers to the number of students in a given year that cannot be greater than 30 persons. The Centre is to educate elite lawyers and is not meant to focus on mass education.

The School of New Technologies Law offers a comprehensive curriculum which covers the main areas of new technologies, particularly: software market and principles of software development, Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, bioinformatics, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, interactive TV, big data, e-sport, cyber-security, Fintech.
