Krzysztof Czyżewski, partner, attorney at law, expert and strategic advisor in the field of intellectual property law and media law; experienced representative in court proceedings – both before the court of first and second instance and before the Supreme Court. He provides services mostly to entities operating in the area of film, media, press, books, advertising, entertainment and new technologies. Anna Kobylańska is attorney at law and partner in the Kobylańska Lewoszewski Mednis law office. Before starting her own law office, for a dozen or so years she ran internships on Law on Intellectual Property Protection, New Technologies and Personal Data in international law companies. Anna specialises in legal counselling in the area of personal data protection, copyright, industrial property law, media and advertisement law, and law on new technologies. She has long-term experience in running projects concerning the protection of Internet domains, use of new technologies to gather and process personal data (Internet of Things, Big Data analysis, behavioural targeting) and implementation of IT systems. dr Aleksandra Sewerynik – legal counsel, choirmaster, expert on copyright, court expert on music, in particular plagiarism in music and copyright, lecturer on copyright at the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Aleksandra is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and the Chopin University of Music. In 2019 she completed doctorate studies in law with doctoral dissertation entitled “Musical work as an object of copyright” and published in 2020 by C.H. Beck. She cooperates with the Hasik, Rheims and Partners law office. She is the only expert in Polish who draws up integral, musical and legal comparative analyses of musical works in the context of plagiarism. Bioinformation specialist and musician, graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw and the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz.
